Face and construction options
Choose the plywood by appearance and end use.
Natural veneer colour and grain vary. Face grade, exact core construction and an approved sample should be written into the order.
Pine FacedPoplar veneer core; BB/BB, BB/CC or CC/CC. Suitable for furniture, cabinets, displays and RV interiors. Knot-free appearance requires a higher agreed face grade.
Okoume FacedLight, even face over poplar core for furniture, doors, cabinets, decoration, packaging and vehicle interiors.
Eucalyptus FacedHard, dense eucalyptus face over poplar core, with good machining and screw-holding characteristics for interior furniture and cabinets.
White Birch UVBirch A/A or A/B face with full-birch or poplar core; gloss or semi-matt UV-cured surface for cabinets, furniture and displays.
Full BirchBirch veneer throughout; B/BB, BB/BB or CP/CP. Designed for routing, laser cutting, speakers, toys and durable cabinetry.
Pencil Cedar FacedFine reddish-brown grain over poplar core for furniture, doors, cabinets, displays, packaging and RV interiors.
Bintangor FacedReddish-brown decorative face over poplar core for furniture, doors, cabinets, displays and packaging; physical sample approval is recommended.
Market DocumentationCARB P2 / TSCA Title VI, CE EN 13986, FSC-CoC, EUDR traceability or SGS reports can be specified where required, subject to product, supplier and order confirmation.
